The wide dilution range with water allows flexibility to customize the length of protection required vs. applied cost. The protective coating is also translucent and in ambient conditions becomes dry-to- touch 30 minutes from application. VpCI-378 is designed to be removed with Cortec® VpCI-414 or other conventional alkaline cleaners.

VpCI-378 is designed to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metals in sheltered areas, indoors, or in packaging with no direct exposure to rain or outdoor elements. In many
operations, removal is not necessary since coatings or paints can be applied directly over treated surfaces at dilutions over 1:15.

PRODUCT PREPARATION
Add VpCI-378 to water as follows:

Short-term protection (1-6 months):
1 part concentrate to 10-20 parts water

Medium-term protection (6-12 months):
1 part concentrate to 6-10 parts water

Long-term protection (up to 2 years):
1 part concentrate to 1-5 parts water

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
VpCI-378 is available in 5 gallon (19 liter) pails, 55 gallon (208 liter) drums, liquid totes, and bulk. The product should be stored sealed in a heated warehouse to avoid freezing. VpCI-378 has a shelf life of 24 months.
