PRODUCT DESCRIPTION：
VpCI®-418 L/418 LM are non-foaming, heavy-duty alkaline cleaners/degreasers for cleaning industrial, oil field, commercial, and marine equipment. VpCI®-418 L/418 LM are designed for power-washing machinery, high-agitation parts washers, and high-pressure spray washers.

VpCI®-418 L/418 LM contain inhibitors to protect metal parts from corrosion after cleaning. They have a unique ability to remove dif- ficult deposits such as heavy hydrocarbons, greases, drawing and buffing compounds, and mill and machinery oils.

APPLICATION
Effective Uses:
•Machinery, engine blocks, or forgings coated with grease or oil deposits
•Plate, sheet metal, and metal castings covered with oily films prior to painting or pickling
•Metal parts contaminated with stamping, drawing, or buffing compounds
•Pressure washing
VpCI®-418 L/418 LM can be applied using power washers and sprayers. It requires mechanical action to be effective.
Mix VpCI®-418 L/418 LM into water until fully dissolved. Take pH and refractometer measurements to establish benchmark readings.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
VpCI®-418 LM and VpCI®-418 L are available in 5 gallon (19 liter) pails, 55 gallon (208 liter) drums, liquid totes, and bulk.
To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40-100 °F (4-38 °C).
Shelf life: 2 years.
